Pauline Buck, Cheif Executive OfficerA 32 ½ year veteran of Federal service, Pauline Buck served in many sections of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Land and Maritime. She gained invaluable experience in Customer Relations through her roles as Procurement Analyst, Acquisition Specialist, Division Level Management, Program Management and Development, EEO Counselor, Total Quality Management Facilitator, and Supplier Relationship Manager. She received training in Total Quality Management, Process Improvement Methodologies, Facilitating and the Cascade Development of Managing Diversity in DLA. As a manager, she was responsible for the Directorate level Budget, Bid-Room, and Industry Outreach and Supplies Operations. She gained vast experience in the private-public completion process that accredited her office with Center of Excellence in the A-76 program. In her final position as a DLA Supplier Relationship Manager coordinating contracts with multiple large-scale government contractors, she developed an executive level overview and resolve in executing critical and secured missions of DLA Land and Maritime to DoD.


Shaun McKinney, Chief Operations OfficerA 33-year veteran of Federal service, Shaun McKinney was called on repeatedly to serve as program leads for various complex logistical initiatives of which include his selection as the first Industrial Forecasting Support Group Project Leader, Readiness Academy II Program Manager, Customer Pay/Integrated Logistics Partnership Program Manager, Land Synchronization Cell Chief and the Mine Resistant Ambush Protection (MRAP) Program Manager. His extensive logistics experience led to dramatic improvements in HMMWV repair lines support, the highly successful and flawless transition of four detachments to DLA Distribution in spite of extraordinarily restricted time constraints, and management of a 47,169 MRAP and 8,510 M-ATV National Stock Numbers inventory valued at $805 million dollars in support of spare parts for the MRAP, Route Clearance Vehicle (RCV) and MRAP-All Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV) throughout the world with a greater than 94% readiness rate. His ability to coordinate multiple resources and to spearhead highly innovative and successful programs proved invaluable in making a difference in DLA’s logistical readiness.
